Another Cloudy Day...

Another cloudy day - although I still managed to get a few good shots... I had a session with a very beautiful family that is from Florida but were in town visiting with family... the Felt Family - Brock, Jessie, Beau and baby Bronson!!! We shot at Germanton Park, I had never been there before - it actually was a pretty cool little area!!! The weather was yucky and humid... but they still gave me some great chances to get a few good shots! They were major troopers!!! We will for sure shoot again when weather is much nicer!!! Thanks guys!!!

Little Boys...

Yesterday I ventured out to Old Salem to take pictures of the Bowman Family, Matt, Lauren & Chase. It was hotter than it has been here lately - but we managed! Little Chase had us on the go! He is a very cute little boy - full of joy, loves running around and loves dirt & his cars! Little boys are always such fun to run around with to get their pictures!

What A Doll....

My session today was at Reynolda Gardens WFU with Miss Emma - just the cutest little thing!!! I have photographed so many little boys - I was so excited to finally have the chance to photograph a little girl! She was so precious! The weather was yucky - but we made the best of it!!! She did great!

My Nephew

I FINALLY got in a little time to take some pictures of my nephew Eli - he just cracks me up!!! These were taken at my parents house near and around the barn and my daddy's old truck - "Papa's Truck"

2nd Session with The Kisers!!!

Okay - It's pretty bad when I come home to proof and edit the pictures and they make me smile and laugh as much, if not more when I shot them!!! Marcus and Jan are great people, but they are a perfect couple! It cracks me up how Marcus can just make Jan laugh at any given second! She starts to gaze off... all I have to say is "Marcus" and he'll do or say something to make her smile or laugh! It's so fun to do their sessions!
She is getting closer and closer to her due date! Maybe next session she'll have a bigger belly! You think?! Mmm? I don't know... There's not much one now! LOL

Twins and One On The Way!!!

This past Saturday I enjoyed a rain-free morning at Old Salem. I spent the morning with the Federchuck Family - Leah, Timmy, Nick & Nate - and soon to be on the way baby girl Brylee! This was an adventure!!! A lot of fun! As soon as we would get one still - the other one darted off!!! All I could do is laugh & take pictures! It was a successful morning!!!

The Evening Sun...

Yesterday evening I met with two children that were just great... brother and sister - so sweet. Our location was at a local church, behind it was the most awesome view of the Sauratown Mountain and a wide open field. The sun was setting so I was able to get some great sun. My favorite shots I have to say, were in the field!!! They were amazing well behaved children.

What would we do without silly children!

This weekend I got the opportunity to Photograph The Cotner Family... OMG - it was so much fun... now I know why I'm taking photos now and blogging each session! I LOVE IT!

The day started out cloudy & a little chilly, but the sun decided it would shine for us for a bit! Children are little comedians anyway - working with Cannon just cracks me up! He is always on the go! So in order to get any family shots we played "The Cannon Game" - he got to make up the entire game but had to make up the rules standing near mom or dad... by the time I had time to get those shots he was off again and forgot about the game & we did it again at the next location he chose! Thank goodness for children, they make the photo! Even if it's a silly one... it's a special and real one!

Birthday Party!

Today was a gloomy and cold day, but the party must still go on (thank goodness for no rain during that time) I photographed a birthday party, Astoria turned 2!!! It was a lot of fun to watch all of those energetic children run all over the park! I was able to capture a few photos I liked personally, below is Astoria with her sister Treylin.

I can't wait to take pictures of them on a sunny day!!! They are great kids to take pictures of.
